Jason has the ability to consider what renovations have been done and what still needs to be done in order to come up with a reasonable offer price taking those costs into consideration. He is knowledgeable about possible issues with a house, such as noticing water damage and knowing why it likely happened. He listened to what we wanted in a house and what we didn't want and encouraged us to take a look at some houses we had originally looked past.
