I would like to say working with jay has been phenomenal, he is very knowledgeable and professional in what he does. Home buying/selling is one the most stressful procedures one can experience. There is alot of planning and alot paper work involved also the decision making when finding the perfect home. Jay I can safely say has been outstanding when it comes to that. He is patient, he understands the needs and noo way rushes you. From the house hunting to mortgage procedure until getting the key, jay is there in every step. He has also checked in post purchase to see how things were going. It felt more than just a transaction. I would recommend jay to anyone looking to buy or sell.
