We reached out to Jazz about one of her listings as we were not working directly with a realtor yet. Despite there being an accepted offer on the property, she was more than willing to show us the property and provide information about it and the area. Upon deciding that we wanted to put in a back-up offer, she referred us to another realtor who assisted us with the purchase of the house. We were thankful that the first offer fell through and even more so that Jazz was willing to show us the property.
