We sold a country residential estate taht was unique in the market. Few of similar size or construction had sold in the recent past. Jeanne did her homework and found a good pricing for the property and house. We wanted it sold relatively quickly. we recieved 4 offers soon after placing it on the market. This allowed us the situation of having a multiple offer situation. Jeanne had everyone ot her office and handled the offer process very well and while not everyone could buy y the property everyone had access to the infromation and the opportunity they mneeded to finalize their pricing. It took two rounds to find the the best offer and conclude the sale. all in all the process was very professionally progressed through initial listing, viewings, receipt of offers and and the multiple offer process taht developed. we were very pleased with the result of th whole process and how Jeanne handled everything for us.

Not having worked with her before, we contacted Jeanne after having seen an open house that we liked, and within a day she prepared comparables for Mt. Pleasant/Tuxedo and took us back for another walkthrough. We were quite excited, but rather than encouraging us for the easy sale, she made sure we considered all of our options. She was extremely flexible in showing us a few more homes on short notice and we ended up finding our dream house 2 days later. Our search took only 5 days. This was our first home purchase and she took lots of time to walk us through each step, able to answer our questions in great detail. She was especially calming in a long evening negotiation with the seller. During the conditions period, she was always on top of everything making sure we were on track to get all documents in place, helped us set up the home inspection (unusual for a new home), but ended up uncovering many items that we would have missed. She also followed up after possession to ensure we didn????t have any issues. I should also mention that this process started Dec 20th, so she went above and beyond for us over the holiday season.
