Jed is a wonderful and professional realtor to work with. I received fast responses to any questions I had. He also gave me some very honest feedback with respect to the hot housing market in Winnipeg. With this information, we were able to secure a deal especially after losing 5 bids prior to winning our dream home! Good luck to you future home owners it's rough out there. Also, the value of having Jed as my realtor was phenomenal whenever my significant other and I went to view homes. Jed gave a very brief yet detailed description of house features. For example, explaining what a new HRV system, why it was required, and what homes would have this new system. Even more so, the attention to detail of the finishes within each house we visited, explaining pros vs cons, some house features we should completely avoid, etc. Furthermore, I appreciate that Jed uses modern technology such as docusign for signing and initialing legal documents. As a business professional, my time is limited. It's small things like these that help me manage my time quickly and effectively. For everything I just listed, Jed has my appreciation and respect as a buyer. The house buying experience is very overwhelming but I'm glad to have had Jed help me through every step of the process.
