Condo in Southcrest, London | Jun 2022
I was living in Kitchener. For personal reasons, I had to move to London, ON. I contacted Mr. Garrah, whom I had known for 3 years and gave him my requirements. He did everything a professional broker would do, and a whole lot more. In a matter of only a week, he was able to find me an ideal home. - Brian Francis Silva

I had a great experience working with Jeff on both the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and never once felt pressured or rushed into a decision. He took the time to explain things clearly, answered every question, and genuinely had our best interests in mind. What could have been a stressful process was actually smooth and enjoyable, which says a lot. I happily recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. - Alison

Jeff helped me to sell my father's house after he passed away. With his knowledge and expertise on the current listing in my area, he was able to price the house accordingly, so it sold within a month. Jeff was very accommodating with appointments and showings. I would definitely hire Jeff again. - Susan
