Jenna was a dream to work with. She guided us through the offer and financing process by connecting us with an exceptional mortgage broker. She verified the suitability of the lot for construction as the lot is located on a ridge with Geotechnical requirements. She worked with the surveyors as well to verify the buildable potential and footprint of the New home. She also helped us navigate the permitting process with the municipality. Jenna provided us with the expert advice and professional guidance in finding our dream home lot with ocean and mountain view. She worked very closely with us to verify the suitability of the lot for the construction of our new home. Jenna worked with the Geotechnical engineer and the surveyor to confirm the technical viability for construction of our home on the lot. She also confirmed the location of the house on the lot with the approving authority. She also connected us with a mortgage broker to fund and complete the sale. She also recommended an excellent lawyer to transfer the title. All in all Jenna is a very knowledgeable and thorough professional who was a dream to work with.
