I recently used Jesse to help us buy a McKenzie Lake home. In a sale that was had nothing normal about, Jesse's expertise was vital. We purchased a home that was in judicial sale (not 100% recommended lol). It had tenants occupying it that weren't cooperative at all. We weren't even allowed to see the home because the tenants used Covid as an excuse. This is where Jesse's work ethic and experience payed off for us. He used his contacts to dig up as many pictures and info on the property as possible. From the moment we first contacted Jesse about the possibility of buying a new home in Calgary for my family I feel like we received honest, timely and non-pressured information. With the realities of COVID upon us we were not able to drive through the city with Jesse in his vehicle. He arrived with property information, directions and we were able to follow him between properties. Jesse was nice and appreciative of my children but not distracted by them. Very calming. We had no time pressure to buy a house and I was cautious about not wanting to waste Jesse's time. Not once did I, or my wife, feel pressured by Jesse and for this I remain appreciative. We looked at about 20 houses over 4 days before finally finding the house we wanted. Good insight on neighbourhoods, likely renovation costs and property concerns.
