Working with Jessica was one of the easiest and most pleasant buying experiences I’ve had and I would choose to work with her 100 times over. I was searching for an investment property in Fayetteville but was doing so remotely. Even though I was not physically there, the process was easy and I knew Jessica had my back every step of the way. She knew the ins and outs of every single neighborhood, having grown up in the Fayetteville area, and advised me well based on my needs. She always put me first and was available to do virtual showings of properties with me almost as soon as they hit the market. After going under contract on a home, Jessica negotiated well with the seller and not only got quotes for repairs to be done, but got the seller to pay for it all. Even after closing she coordinated the work with the contractor and sent me before and after pictures. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
