Jessica is hands down the best realtor and we always highly recommend her to anyone selling (or buying) their home! She is extremely personable, knowledgeable, hard-working, professional and caring; our house sale was 6 years ago and she has kept in touch all these years. As a first-time home seller, she helped my husband and I every step of the way, from filling out all the paperwork, prepping the house for pictures and showings, answering all our questions, and planning the best fitting sales strategy. She had the home beautifully staged, which really transformed it. It looked incredible and we had an amazing offer within an hour of listing! The biggest hurdle came two days before closing when our house was damaged by the neighbour's house fire. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure the deal didn't fall through, and helped us navigate the overwhelming and stressful situation that came along with dealing with the fire damage, the insurance, the lawyers, etc. We couldn't have done it without her and are forever grateful. I cannot say enough about what Jessica did for us when selling our home! As first-time home sellers, she explained everything very clearly and helped us make informed decisions. Jessica is so friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and professional; I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home! Also, all thanks to Jessica's excellent strategizing, negotiating and communication skills, we were able to overcome a stressful closing situation when our neighbour's house fire caused damage to our house. She fought so hard to make sure our deal stayed together, even under the incredibly complex circumstances.
