I had bit of time pressure when making my purchase and she was very understanding of my situation and was always available even on short notice. From day one she has been very professional in her work, and always showed up on time and replied to all my texts/ phone calls and emails instantly. That????s something I totally adored, especially because making a good purchase is only possible when your realtor responds quick to you needs. As I had no knowledge about home purchase in Canada, Jessica helped me walk through the whole process. She always did a complete research before answering my questions or helping determine the value of homes. She always made great suggestions but never pressurized me on any decision (unlike some other realtors which is very annoying). She would always back up her suggestions with good detailed research. She always gave honest opinions just as if she????s purchasing a house for herself. My process with bank wasn????t smooth, but Jessica took a step forward to take additional work and responsibility in helping with the process (even though that bank wasn????t her suggestion!!). Overall, she????s very approachable and understanding to the client????s needs. Thanks to her I????m finally settled in a great home. Way to go Jessica!! Nowadays it is very difficult to find a great realtor. My friend referred me to Jessica. Right away I could tell the difference between this realtor and other realtors that we had used in the past. I was really impressed with Jessica's response and attention to detail, she really helped me and my boyfriend out in tough time for us.
