Hi, I'm Jessica Wageman — a licensed REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Oceanside, serving all of southern Vancouver Island.
Before real estate (and still to this day), I run an interior design business (and grew up surrounded by renovations and construction), so I genuinely love helping people see the potential in a space — whether you're buying, selling, or just trying to figure out what's possible.

We work with first-time buyers, young families, downsizers, seniors, and developers — basically, wherever you are in your real estate journey, we've probably helped someone in the exact same spot. We also offer design-forward staging for our clients, because presentation matters.
What sets me apart? I'll actually get to know you. I'll ask about your family, your pets, your timeline, and what matters most to you. Real estate is a big deal, and I think the process should feel a little less stressful and a little more human. I've lived in Vietnam, China, and Mexico, and I speak Vietnamese and Spanish — so if that's helpful to you, even better.
