Like many other young couples, COVID made buying a home for the first time seem impossible. From bidding wars to overpriced homes, we were confident we will have to eventually settle for something as it was 'better than nothing'. Jie wanted us to love our first time being a newly engaged couple, and allowed us to view over 50 properties in the year we worked together to help us find out what we like and better understand what our non-negotiables are. She was patient, kindly, helpful, charismatic but most importantly, honest. We never felt pressured and she treated us like her own kids, giving us the best advice and recommendations. We never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response and she was always quick to execute on bookings and learning more on the properties we were interested in. After a long year of being on the hunt, she did a phenomenal job negotiating with the sellers and got us our dream home for a price we'd never imagine owning. We are a young couple living in a London ON and we wanted to upsize. Mrs. Dan was our realtor for both sale of the previous property and purchase of the new property. She's shown great professionalism throughout both deals and has provided us with excellent advice in such a volatile housing market in the year of 2021. It was our first time ever selling a house in London and she guided us through every steps. Her advice proved to be very helpful in securing the best buyers and best offers. Most people would find dealing with real estate transaction a painful experience, but for us it was rather smooth. She made a lot of efforts in presenting our property by working with a staging company, and we were amazed by how beautify our house looked at the time of listing. Mrs. Dan proved to be a very experienced realtor and we managed to secure a good deal within a week of listing. On the end of purchasing, she helped us negotiate with the multiple parties including the mortgage broker for a bridging loan. In the end we were able to get a loan between the two transactions and everything worked our rather well without any headache.
