If you are buying a home and need a home loan, or better yet, before you find the home you want to buy, reach out to Jillian Heuer with Prime Lending – she is the best! My husband and I were referred to her for our recent home purchase and we could not be happier with the service we received. Before committing to Prime Lending, we did our due diligence and researched several other lending companies for the best loan to suit our needs. After comparing them with Prime Lending, a few of them had better terms so I took that information back to Jillian. She carefully listened to us explain exactly what we were looking for (our situation was somewhat unusual) then did more research on several types of loans and terms and was able to find one very close to the best I had found with another company. Jillian’s customer service was so good that even though the other company’s rates were a bit better, we decided to go with Prime Lending because the value provided by Jillian’s service more than made up for the difference – and that was proven to be a great decision. Jillian really knows her business and worked hard to get us the best terms available. She was thorough, patient (I had a lot of questions!), and always replied as promptly as possible when we reached out to her. We had great communication with her – she thoroughly explained the details in plain language so we had no trouble understanding the specifics of the loans available to us and listened with a sympathetic ear when we hit a few bumps during our homebuying process. She works with all types of loans – conventional, VA, FHA, ARM, 30-year, 15-year – you name it, I’m confident she can find it for you. Also appreciated very much was the lack of a hard sell. She never tried to push us towards a particular type of loan or terms. Even though it was not part of her duties, she was able to secure a military discount for us with the title company, saving us almost $200 in closing fees.
