Started out meeting Jim after hearing good reviews from a coworker about him / Darryl , decided to try him out as I’m new to the housing market of buying, I told Jim this that I’m new and wanted to get exposed to the ins and outs of buying a house before jumping right in . I was only showed around 5 places before being constantly stood up and ghosted / cancelled on every time we set up a time to view a place , I felt totally let down and upset as I was missing out on places I genuinely wanted to visit. I would NOT recommend if you are trying to ease yourself in at all. I didn’t not feel like an actual client or a priority to him and has left a sour taste in my mouth with moving forward to eventually find a place for myself, very disappointed - Jacob

Jim was very knowledgeable of the market from our first meeting. He provided advanced market details and shared realistic expectations when purchasing our first home. He was a great communicator throughout the process, always quick to answer phone calls and texts. He kept an eye on the market and recommended some great houses. Ultimately he helped us find our dream home, a beautiful backsplit with a great backyard and duplex potential (owned by one family for almost 70 years!). Jim kept a cool head on offer day, giving sound advice and constant feedback. We ultimately put in a offer at asking and bought the house for significantly less than we thought we'd have to pay.
