We initially reached out to Jim because we knew he has been a long time resident in the general area that we were looking. We also knew that he had experience in building homes, dealing with permits , inspections and municipal building departments. On several occasions Jim was able to give us insight into certain areas, high the pros and cons of each property. We were never under any pressure to make an offer or increase an offer to conclude a sale. We always felt That Jim supported our decisions when deciding to move forward with an offer. Once a deal was struck Jim was asked to contact the selling agent to clarify issues relating to utilities, service providers etc. Jim was very flexible accommodating us to do showings and then follow-up showings once the offer was accepted and prior to closing. We always felt that we worked as a team to successfully locate and secure a new home. Jim was always courteous, accommodating and professional throughout the process.
