Jimi was very helpful and made us at ease right from the first meeting. He answered all our questions and knew the market in east Vancouver very well. The home was priced to sell and it did very fast. His easy going manner and knowledge made the whole thing seem easy. We will be sure to use Jimi again - Teresa Ferreira

Jimi was great, being from out of town he made it very easy for me by not only acting as the agent but also dealing with contractors and strata when I needed to fix it up a bit. I would definitely recommend Jimi to anyone looking to buy or sell. - Gord Calder

Great working with Jimi! He brought his expertise to the table and was able to help buy my new home! In fact, it was only a week before we found the right place, and then he helped negotiate the right terms to get a deal less than asking - cannot complain about that! - Chris Collacott
