Joe was in my corner, he listened to the selling party with the agent, but the difference between is listening and acting, he acted upon my say so, not taking anything for granted, professionalism and personality are key. 15 years ago i bought a car from Joe and was actually at ease with his help to guide me through the process of home purchase! - Scott

We have had great success with Joe before but not this time around. Seems to have his own agenda in mind (ie. looking after his builder clients vs. 'the little guy'. I was hoping for a better outcome.
Joe knows his stuff and is honest. He was clearly working for us, not just for his own paycheck! One home we looked at had significant cement floor heaving issues that were not mentioned in the ad. He was upset when he saw it and said, "I guess no use wasting more of your time here." He spoke to the advertising agent and the ad was changed so others would know about the floor issues. We also felt zero pressure to close on a deal! In fact, when we landed on a house we liked, he told us that while the house was fair market value, we would not recoup our full price if we were planning to sell in a few years so we should feel very sure about this purchase before closing the deal. We are happy with our home and highly satisfied with Joe's honest, low pressure approach! - Betty
