The deal turned sour and she allowed her client who was in my house under a temporary tenancy agreement to start renovating our house.we finally got paid out but it was a real pain which I am sure could have been avoided if she had just let people who were not her clients make offers. We learned there were at least 4 other groups of people who expressed interest later.
