Unfortunately, I had very bad experience with Jonathan which he even boldly sent fake signatures for me and my father twice to my lawyer which e-signed by someone else, and he hold me property on market with “ buyer” gave 1.5 month condition day and canceled, the second buyer from him ( he is my listing agent) terminated purchase after condition day , he hold my property on market and trying to corner me in hard financial situation and get my other properties( 2 lots around 10000 SQ in Fairview ) in cheap price. I reported him to NS real estate agent board already, fake my signature is criminal. Terrible experience in my whole life. - June.Liao
