Let me start by saying how thrilled we are to finally find the perfect home in Strathmore. We couldn't be happier. I'd like to let everyone know how extremely hard Jonathan Peters worked for us. If fact, I've really never seen anything like it as we've been through property transactions several times. Without exaggerating, over a 2 year period, Jon must've shown us up to 50 houses in the Strathmore area. He was transparent, honest, and most of all, patient with us. This was our 2nd purchase through him. Now, our selling property: Prior to this latest purchase, we had to sell our home in a fantastic small town where... ...let's just say real estate is somewhat slower...LOL. Jon did everything he could to market our home including planning an open house on "Garage sale day"....a day where everyone is out & about dropping in and hosting garage sales. This isn't something we planned....he did some research by checking with the town and acquired this info on his own...I thought it was a brilliant idea! Our home was on the market for a couple years and it finally sold. When it did, Jon made this transaction feel seamless with no added pressure at all. Buying and selling property can be stressful and overwhelming at times but when you have the confidence in a great agent it really takes a load off your mind. ...and Jon Peters with Orange jigsaw is that person. You won't find a more humble, honest and kind human being....words cannot say how thankful we are as clients. We highly recommend orange jigsaw if your in the market for buying or selling...and Ask for Jon Peters! Thank You! - Chris
