The service that Jordan Hancock at Wick Realty provided for us is unmatched. We went from first call to first offer to final offer all within 1 week and this is only possible with Jordan’s years of experience. We have fallen in love with Cochrane about a year and a half ago and have been searching for a home ever since. The problem we had was that we live in Red Deer and houses in Cochrane sell very quickly; the first house we bid on was only on the market for 1 day, they had already received 7 other offers, and they were closing bids in a few hours! Jordan was able to give us a virtual tour and advise us on the amount to offer. Our offer survived until the end but someone else did win out. Although we didn’t win, it was obvious to us that Jordan knew the market well and put us in a position to win. Jordan knew of one property that was overlooked. He had advised us to go see it in person and we did. The house is beautiful, and both my wife and I immediately felt that this house was it.
