I was referred to Jordan by another agent. I just started my journey in becoming a landlord and decided to buy my first rental property in Sudbury. I’m from Toronto which is 4 hours away, so it’s a huge hassle for me to go all the way down there. Jordan literally made the process effortless, he found a cleaning company for me, got professional photos done, worked in a very rapid manner and got my place on the internet immediately. We found a renter that looked amazing on paper and had the lease signed and ready. Luckily Jordan added a clause that allowed me to get out of my deal. He did some research on his own accord and found out that the tenants did not pay their rent on time and lied to us about their references and income. This as you could imagine saved me hours and hours of unnecessary time and since I live far and what’s looking like thousands of dollars lost on my end by the time I got then kicked out.
