Julie has been amazing to work with and we honestly couldn't have found someone better as first time home buyers. Trying to educate ourselves about buying a home we found ourselves frustrated with the banks being unable to answer our questions. We met Julie at an open house where she offered to go over our questions and concerns. She is patient, organized and a wealth of knowledge so of course we wanted to work with her. She is seemingly always available, quick to respond and clear in her communications so if she doesn't have an answer right away she let's you know she's on it or helps to connect you with people who do. When viewing homes she points out good features, things of concerns and explains why. She does not push you in any way, is very flexible and accommodating with your schedule and needs. If you need her to hold your hand the whole way she will. She took what we like from each viewing into consideration to help find options familiar with our preferences. The home we fell in love with was actually one she added to our viewing list. Even as we are at the end of our closing, she continues to offer her support in anything that comes next.
