When we were planning to sell our house, we talked to a couple of a agents. None of them came prepared and just talked about all the houses they had sold over asking. I know money is important and you want to come ahead but what about service?? We found Julie online and decided to give it a try. I was skeptical at first as it seemed too good to be true, but my wife had made her mind on Julie. After we signed the contract, she took over and managed the contractor. She staged the house so beautifully that I did not feel like moving. It was just mind-blowing what Julie can do with staging. In the end, she got multiple offers and we sold the house to someone that appreciated the property and paid a fair market price. Money is important but service equally matters. If you need her to hold your hand the whole way she will. She took what we like from each viewing into consideration to help find options familiar with our preferences. The home we fell in love with was actually one she added to our viewing list. Even as we are at the end of our closing, she continues to offer her support in anything that comes next.
