From our first meeting with Julie we felt like we were in great hands. There was no pressure to buy. We always felt like she was genuinely interested in getting us a home that we loved and as first time home buyers she explained EVERYTHING! - Kiran

When we were planning to sell our house, we talked to a couple of a agents. None of them came prepared and just talked about all the houses they had sold over asking. I know money is important and you want to come ahead but what about service?? We found Julie online and decided to give it a try. She came prepared with market research and talked about the things she was going to do to sell the house and explained everything in detail. I was skeptical at first as it seemed too good to be true, but my wife had made her mind on Julie. After we signed the contract, she took over and managed the contractor. She staged the house so beautifully that I did not feel like moving. It was just mind-blowing what Julie can do with staging. In the end, she got multiple offers and we sold the house to someone that appreciated the property and paid a fair market price. Money is important but service equally matters. All realtors can sell but doubt they can offer Julie’s experience and professionalism. - Satish Tahiliani

I was truly blessed to work with Julie in finding a rental property at a very stressful time of my life. During our time together she displayed utmost professionalism but at the same time was always patient and pleasant. She found out the things I needed in a home and together with her knowledge of the industry we were able to find the ideal home. I will not hesitate to work with Julie in the future and will highly recommend her to my friends and family. - Grace Joslyn Drummond

Julie found me a tenant when I was in a bind! Not only was she thorough but with her experience she judged and hand picked the perfect tenant...which, is still renting with me 3 years and counting! Couldn’t be happier! Always on time and pleasant to deal with! - Lillian

Julie has been amazing to work with and we honestly couldn't have found someone better as first time home buyers. Trying to educate ourselves about buying a home we found ourselves frustrated with the banks being unable to answer our questions. We met Julie at an open house where she offered to go over our questions and concerns. She is patient, organized and a wealth of knowledge so of course we wanted to work with her. She is seemingly always available, quick to respond and clear in her communications so if she doesn't have an answer right away she let's you know she's on it or helps to connect you with people who do. When viewing homes she points out good features, things of concerns and explains why. She does not push you in any way, is very flexible and accommodating with your schedule and needs. If you need her to hold your hand the whole way she will. She took what we like from each viewing into consideration to help find options familiar with our preferences. The home we fell in love with was actually one she added to our viewing list. Even as we are at the end of our closing, she continues to offer her support in anything that comes next. You could not ask for better attention and service and we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you so much for all you've done for us Julie! - Lauren Bourque
