Took forever to get a showing. Don’t trust her listing details. She listed the property had a community well, but no legal agreement was in place. Wouldn’t take ownership of the misleading info, and now her clients and my realtor are on the hook for additional legal fees to complete a legal shared well agreement. She listed a new septic field was installed large enough to build a new house, but according to Sustainable Development it’s likely the smallest field available and the paperwork is nowhere to be found. She eluded that you could live in the mobile home on site while you build, but again not the case. Conditional use permit or $5000 down payment for a building permit required. Many, half truths. Would never deal with her directly. Make sure to confirm all details if you have to deal with her as the sellers agent. Nothing was as it appeared. - Corinne
