Quit via email when she was supposed to take us to showings that day and cut us off from the realtor website with housing information. Not interested in her client's success and would prefer you spend more money on bidding wars so she can get to the next one. We had issues with investment properties and short term notice for offers as received, she would prefer they pass us by than help us view them and put offers in. On every occasion we bought we had to do the heavy lifting and she just showed up to put the offer through. All she had to do was take us for a few walk throughs which she pushed us to open houses if she could and got mad at us for short notice ones. Big chatterbox and often repeats herself so you just smile, nod, and start walking if you're too polite to cut her off or else you'll be stuck outside or take forever to view the home.
