My parents had an absolutely horrible experience trying to sell their home with this realty company. My parents live in an apartment and have been renting their home for approximately 3 years. They were contacted by Jessica Barnett who advised them that she had a buyer for their house who was willing to pay an amount that surpassed their expectations. Due to it being an offer they could not pass up they decided to place their home up for sale and advised their loyal renters that they would be doing so. As soon as my parents agreed to sell their home and sign a 90 day contract with Karen Paul realty all customer service went out the window. This "buyer" never made their offer, Jessica was never present for the very few showings that were setup and phone calls were never promptly returned. After 30 days on the market and very little attention my parents had received one offer for 95 thousand below asking. All in all my parents were unfortunately conned into selling their home with a promise of a great offer. They lost their renters and are now forced to find new ones and absorb the lost rental income. We would never recommend Jessica Barnett or Karen Paul realty to anyone - Jake
