Disrespectful, lack of professionalism and diplomacy. Education is still an option if she only knew Sotheby's can be seen as a joke just by interacting with her. She depends on certain social class which she obviously doesn't not belong to - Ana

Reply:    Dear Ana, I'm sorry you feel this way. In our transaction I had to act according to the Code of ethics and professionalism imposed on us by the real estate board. When I did research to discover who you were I had to protect my client. You falsified UN documents and in some way your identity and that is a serious offense in general.
