I would not recommend anyone to work with Karl. My interaction with Karl first started when I responded to an add for a rental property. He messaged me back to advise that the property was no longer available. Then introduced himself an a agent and offered his services if I let him know what I’m looking for. I gave him the details of the type of property/properties we are interested in and then didn’t receive a response. I sent a follow up text and left a voicemail and still no reply. A couple of months later. I responded to another listing this time by calling the listing office. They advised the listing agent Karl would contact me. I immediately thought it was the same Karl but let it play out. Once the call came through my phone associated the name with the number. He showed us the property for lease and we then filled out the application, he was prompt in letting us know that he had received it and that he will forward to the home owners. 2 days went by with no update so I called him, no answer. Sent a text, no answer. I then called him from an unknown number and he answered, said he will follow up with the owners and get back to me. Another 3 days passed no update, only ignored calls texts and emails. I phoned his partner Michelle Bondi, who is apparently is his wife, no response either. I called the Sutton office and was told neither him nor his wife have been in the office and left a message for the office manager to call me back. 2 days later I received an email from him stating he was on vacation and will contact the landlord. He then came back with a BS excuse saying our offer was too low. Ok no problem we presented with full asking. Days went by no update and again ignored calls, texts and emails. Finally got a response via email a few days later stating the credit scores were too low. Are you kidding me?! Scores of 643 and 684 are too low for a rental property?! This is not a mortgage! I responded to his email asking just that. No response. As an agent you don’t have a 9-5 but obviously you have to take for yourself. My distaste was not the time off he took but the lack of communication and BS responses and excuses. We’ve worked with many agents over many years for purchases investments etc. We moved to a new city and was looking to rent instead of purchase and this was the worst experience we’ve ever had with any agent. Thankfully we found an agent who knows how to do their job and was able to obtain a property. Take my advise if you’re looking for agent with care DO NOT choose Karl it would be a complete waste of your time!!! - Shereen

I highly recommend Karl to anyone who is looking for a Real-Estate Agent. We were moving to London from Toronto and he accommodated our schedule. Anytime we called him to show us a house or two he would be available and never rushed us.
