Coming off a bad experience last month I though I would share my opinion. It is hard to choose the right representative without knowing one or having one recommended by family or friends. Our experience of listing our property for the first time since purchase has left us feeling cheated. Our property was listed for 6 weeks. We had almost daily showings through out this time. Adjusted our price twice according to the guidance we received. Received two offers, both vastly under the price we set out to receive and agreed upon. It seems the game is good until the first crappy offer comes through the door. Then the gloves come off and one is being bamboozled to accept it. Amateurish pressure tactics, insulting devaluating of one's property to inflate the worth of a given offer, threats of inability to re-list with someone else based on the signed contract, belittled by being called ridiculous and irrational. Yes, we experienced it all. The end result - this representative suspended our listing and held it hostage in the name of a signed agreement. Please folks, choose wisely. Don't mistake arrogance for sales ability. We did and it did not serve us well. Thumbs as far down as I can hold them! - Max K
