Terrible agent. Very unprofessional. Talks a good game up front, makes promises and once you sign the papers, she does not deliver. Were told our house would have its own web address - never happened. Our house would be advertised on Toronto board - never happened. Open houses - never happened. After we signed up with her, we asked about an Open House and were told it was too soon and there wasn't time to sufficiently advertise the open house. She then proceeded to do an open house that same weekend at a house she listed after ours later in the week. She did not show us a single property or even recommend any for us to look at. She was terrible at returning phone calls and would make excuses for why she didn't. Our house was not shown by her one time. When shown by other agents, we would ask for feedback and never received any. As soon as we showed hesitation with dealing with her, she became completely unprofessional. We were not given any feedback on showings when they happened, but suddenly when we advise our displeasure with her, our house is terrible and received bad feedback. When we wanted to cancel the listing, she hung up on us and would not return calls. Don't bother trying to deal with her broker as it's her husband. Just a mild conflict of interest. I would stay away from Kathy and Century 21 St. Thomas. - TLO

Listing with her was a huge mistake. Right away she would take days to return our calls. she got an inexperienced agent to do our open houses. She didn't help us find a house and only showed us one place after having asked her for two weeks. After 2 months we tried to cancel our listing and she refused to talk to us or let us out of our contracts. Her broker wasn't any better. I wouldn't even look at any house where she's involved.
