Home Purchase in Dickinsfield, Fort McMurray | Oct 2026
Using Katie as my agent was in my opinion the best a decision I made because not just alone does a good agent help you find a home but makes the journey simpler also , which Katie was able todo for myself and my house hunting .. - Darrell

Katie is a newer agent in town but she has a bright future in real estate ! We always felt like she was battling for us and made the sale of our home and buying our new one a professional and easy experience, we had our home listed for over a year and when we switched to Katie and the agency they had our house sold before it hit MLS with they’re extraordinary marketing skills ! Thanks Katie ! - Ben Hillier
Katie was absolutely phenomenal! Right from the very beginning, she made everything so easy. This was my first time selling a home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the initial consultation, getting the home ready and listed, arranging showings, accepting an offer, and all the way through to the final closing day, Katie was there every step of the way and then some! She truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I can't recommend Katie highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If I ever find myself back in the market to purchase a home in Fort McMurray, she will absolutely be my first call! If you or anyone you know is looking for a top-notch real estate agent who genuinely cares about her clients and goes the extra mile, look no further. You've found the best! Thank you again, Katie, for making my first home-selling experience such a positive one! - Mike Ervin
