Where to start! Close to 2 years ago now, my son (who is a realtor in Alberta) approached Kees about representing us in our quest to find a new home. Kees agreed to paying him a finder’s fee and I did have him show me a home in the Selkirk/Lockport area. I wanted to meet him and see what was out there. I did let him know that we would be selling our farm before seriously looking, but in the meantime he put us on his mailing list. We did sell our house in early 2023 and away we went. Kees sent a new realtor from his office to show us a few houses (2 in Selkirk & 3 around Petersfield). As an aside, we also decided to check out a rental property as an investment, but after the inspection report we decided not to follow through with that particular property. After that we decided to expand our search for our house. We looked then looked at 2 houses about an hour east of Selkirk and then 2 around Gimli, one of which we purchased. I tell you all this because Kees tried to back out of his deal with my son, writing him a scathing report about us….about how undecided we were, and how many houses he showed us, as well as how long after first meeting us it took to finally move on looking. Personally, I would want my clients to buy the house they want. I didn’t know we should move faster than we did. We already had enough pressure to find our forever home. Sending such a report was highly unprofessional. Kees also became unresponsive to our requests, including where we were to pick up keys. In the end I contacted the seller’s realtor to arrange the pickup. - Lynda Stone
Kees was outstanding in his ability to find us our new home and equally amazing in selling our existing house. Kees is truly a trustworthy, professional who has the care and confidence to have us feel like we were his one and only client! He tells it like it is, is realistic and straight forward in a respectful manner. Kees’s years of experience within the industry made him the perfect knowledge-based realtor we needed to get what we wanted - Best Realtor ever! - Dave and Annette

Addresses & Edit Address
How do addresses work?
Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.
You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.
Why do I need to edit addresses?
Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.
Will addresses be displayed on the rating?
No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
