Kelly was recommended to me by someone I know. I found her to be helpful in that she took me to most of the properties I wanted to see (I had a list from MLS), though she did try to add in other properties in a neighbourhood across the city I wasn't interested in, which was not helpful. She came across as very brash and loud, which might work for some, but seemed obnoxious to me. At every house we saw, she made a lot of comments like, "you'll need to fix this driveway" or "the furnace is pretty old" or "I don't smell any mold here" - these things could be helpful to some buyers, but it seemed more like she was pushing me in the direction of buying or not buying, by emphasizing obvious pros or cons of the property. She didn't push me to overbid too much on a property - she left the price to me - but did give me a bit of a run-around at one point, which prevented me from getting a bid in on a property I wanted, in time for the seller to see it (the seller accepted another offer before I could get mine in for consideration). At the end, I managed to buy a house I liked well enough. I think Kelly's style might work for some, but turned me off - I'll look for a new agent if/when I sell my property.
