If you are considering Kelsey Fairbank as your realtor, I would strongly recommend that you do so. I enlisted Kelsey’s help to sell my home in mid August. It was very important for me to have a smooth and quick sale in order for my partner and I to go our own separate ways. Kelsey advised me along the way to maximize the profit in my home. I followed the advise of her recommended stager, brought in someone to clear and clean a problem area in our yard and had a top photographer come in to photograph & do a virtual tour of our home for the listing. Kelsey listed strategically in the last week of September with a clear timeline to sell. I worked with her to block off showing days and on offer day I was able to negotiate an offer over listing price. Kelsey was able to have the possession date moved closer for me so I could be free of the house and move on with my life.
