I got him as a recommendation from a person that I know in Vancouver. First Ken looked very nice and promptly answered our inquiries. But as soon as I mentioned that I was looking for a new house he went cold. I had decided the house that we would like to buy, he didn’t know anything about the development, and my husband and I had to keep asking him to check everything. He also didn’t book the walk through, we had to remind him that it was in contract. And the worst of all, he didn’t even came to greet us at the house at the day that we took the keys. He sent us the garage code. It was our first house of our life and it was really bad experience. I would not recommend him. - Ana Salomon
