WORSE THAN USELESS !! After being diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer my wife of 30 years decided I was no longer useful , and wanted to separate , that was fine , however she could not qualify for the mortgage , and refused to sell , which left me stuck in an extremely toxic environment for about a year , finally she was ready to sell so we hired Kevin Wouters ( massive mistake ) after several months the house was just not selling , and was very reasonably priced , and in a good area , updated , clean and well maintained , so we decided to lower the price . Kevin Wouters came over , sat with my exwife and myself in my kitchen to do amendment ( little did I know at the time , they were already banging ) they both sat there pretending to barely know each other . A couple of weeks later , I was driving down Coombs and noticed my ex wife ( Moniques ) truck parked in front of Kevin Wouters house , I said nothing to no one , but began to watch closely and collect evidence . About two months later I ran into Garry Schriml (Century 21 agent ) and was telling him about my challenges with the property on Bliss Cres , he told me he wanted to show the property several times , but was repeatedly told by Kevin Wouters that there not showing this house . That was the last straw , and I immediately filed a complaint against Kevin Wouters at the real estate commission in Saskatoon . As it turns out Garry Schriml is a lying coward that would not own up to what he said to my face when questioned by the commission . As it turned out I ended up in that toxic house for two and a half years , battling cancer , intense chemotherapy , and its after affects , Kevin Wouters didnt care one bit if it killed me as long as he was getting his dick wet from my ex he was good with that . Kevin Wouters is an absolute piece of sh1t , an arrogant liar , who truly believes hes a real gift to women , an excellent liar. - doesnt matter
