We really lucked out when we decided to retain the real estate services of Charlton Advantage – and especially Kristen Casarin. What an exceptional agent, and person, she is! We’ve found our realtor for life! Kristen was there for us from start to finish and beyond, which included finding a new home for my husband and I, then abruptly changing plans when my parents decided to move with us, then selling TWO condos, all in a real estate market that was incredibly difficult to understand and accept, and then the packing, moving and the long process of settling in. On top of all of this, we were looking for homes outside of the GTA – from Niagara to Kitchener to Collingwood to Kingston. A very large territory to traverse but Kristen was with us all the way. And, at times, she was the only person who kept me sane! Kristen, and everyone at Charlton Advantage, was always available - anytime, anywhere, anyhow. There was no problem that couldn’t be handled – and there were problems! But there was no pressure, no drama, no pessimism – not once! Kristen was always professional, calming (for which I am forever grateful!), understanding, down-to-earth, committed and very perceptive. We shared in a quest that involved laughs, frustrations and jaw-dropping disbelief. Bottom line, she went above and beyond the services of a typical real estate agent. She is a Real Estate Rock Star and an exceptionally nice person! We don’t know why anyone would choose an agency other than Charlton Advantage. Everyone, from Kristen to Chuck to Natasha to Caroline to Liane to Jahel, made us feel like we were the most important clients they had. And now that we’re in our home in Niagara-on-the-Lake, we aren’t saying goodbye because not only are we now part of the Charlton Advantage family, we also anticipate another move in the next few years. And it won’t surprise you that the first call we’ll make will be to Kristen! Thanks to all of you at Charlton Advantage and a huge amount of gratitude and appreciation to Kristen.
