Laila was acting for the Seller. I nearly walked away from the sale a number of times. If it wasnt for falling in love with the place I would have moved on. It took nearly 3 weeks to write a contact. My realtor ended up having to manage her and the pre sale and sale process. Very frustrating and way more stress than necessary
