Lance does real estate as a side line to his other job and treats it as such. He is unavailable for offers and does them via fax. He rarely does his own open houses and enlists inexperienced, unattentive assistants to do so. He is uncooperative, unwilling to do anything more than to take a listing and then sit on it, uneducated in any marketing techniques other than erecting a sign and having his office place very unprofessional ads, and then, only when pushed to do so. He doesn't return phone calls or texts. He is arrogant and condesending. And unsuccessful.
