We did not like our experience with her. Honestly I started of ok but then noticed she was just there for the money. We kept on telling her what we were looking for ex: house, pricing etc. but she kept sending us pictures of only the houses she was seling to get the full commission. She never did like most agents and sit with us to build a plan for houses with our needs. Then once we found a house that we liked since it was with another agent she did seem much interested and instead of helping us she was trying to take has much money has possible from us. ADVICE: IF SOMETHING YOU LIKE IN THE HOUSE NEGOCIATE DIRECTLY !!! WITH THE OWNER NOT HER BECAUSE SHE WILL DO EVERYTHING SO TAHT THE OWNER MAKES THE MOST MONEY OUT OF IT. she works better with the owner then buyer!!! And final she never showed up to the notary she had her assistant come sign the papers which I found was disrespectul after all that. We never heard from her, never called back to see if everything went well. Bottom line find someone who will help you & understand your needs when buying a home. - Fernando

She is the worse agent I have ever had to deal with. She is definitely out for just her commission. She knows she's getting paid by the seller's and not the buyers so she is always on their side. Did not help when the Sellers declaration was dishonest twice that I know of. Once she gets her commission, its bye bye and don't call me again. Don't use her if you are a potential buyer, she will screw you over just like she has everyone else in the past. Learn from my mistake and prevent yourself from getting hurt. - Applicant

This agent is in it to make her commission, period. Not once in more than a month of search did she ever come to our place, not even when the offer was made, we had to displace ourselves each time despite my husband's handicapped hip. She did not even take the certificate of location and papers to the notary until the very last minute, just as we showed up for the signing. This resulted in a huge mess when at the very last second the notary discovered that when we had been told the property was subdivisible we could not be sure it was. Our agent had not even checked although that was one of our definite conditions. She had not written it in the conditions of the offer either. The seller's agent was from the same agency and our agent acted as if she was scared of him. She did not even insist on the conditions being met by the seller. We are not stuck with a money pit of a house.
