Laurel is an amazing agent. She always had time to talk and would answer texts late into the night. We thought we should list our home at a higher price but she suggested it would backfire and sell for less than we would take. She showed us prices and we reluctantly agreed to list for what the comparables were. We ended up with multiple offers and got even more money than we had originially anticipated. When we were buying she was like a detective in checking out the property, and even made us leave a few that she thought had too many problems. She ended uo finding us the perfect home and negotiated to get us an even lower price than what we were expecting! She's awesome. And funny. And smart. We refer everyone we know to her. - Cori
