I can not say enough great things about Lauren, Rachel, and Bee Home Realty. We were first time home buyers, and they were there every step of the way. Thanks to their help and advice we were able to step into our new house knowing that we already had equity upon purchase in a house that was perfect for us. They helped us determine not only which house was the best value, but which house suited our needs the best. From the negotiation to closing, they were right there with us, including every inspection. They walked us through the process, making sure there were no surprises, and we were prepared for the next step. They never failed to answer an email or text promptly. They helped manage the home inspection process, worked in concert with the mortgage broker, home builder, and even helped us find the right homeowners insurance. They made sure that nothing fell through the cracks and there were no unexpected last-minute emergencies to be delt with. In the end we got a new build for over 8 ½% less the asking price and they threw in window treatments and refrigerator to boot.
