Do not hire this agent. She completely misread the market and dismissed key issues with respect to the house. We got much les for the house than we should have. Comparables weren't done. She was arrogant and rude, showing a complete lack of professionalism during the negotiating process. I deeply regret using her as a listing agent.

stay away...far away. completely arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessioanl. she lacks grace and understanding. the closing was handled very poorly, and her strategy fro mthe start was flawed, misjudging horribly the market and the neighbourhood. no research. don't use her.
