I am a Realtor who has worked with Les and Chris before. I saw this profile browsing this site and then read the comments here and I had to reply. To the lawyer who works with agents all the time: you clearly don't know how we work and you do not understand implied agency. You had NO intentions of hiring Les or Chris to represent your interests. I would not have shown you the home either - you have a brother in law Realtor. I'm not stepping on those toes. Get your own agent to show you homes, if you intend to have them help you with an offer, then that's your agent. Calling other agents puts us at risk of interfering with another agents client. If you were really interested, you would have gone to see it before an open house. If you really liked it, you would have called the bro in law. Don't blame Chris and Les because you procrastinated and didn't put the effort in to view the home the right way. Don't waste other agents time when you have no intention of hiring them to represent you. Good job Les and Chris for not calling this full of himself lawyer. - An Agent
Les Sohar and his associate- Chris Sohar- were extremely unprofessional in a dealing I had with them regarding purchasing a house in the West Rouge Area of Scarborough. I called the day the home was listed. They informed me that I had to go through an agent- even when I explained that we had no agent, save my brother-in-law who we did NOT have a buyer's agreement with- and were totally free to look on our own. They did not respond until 2 days later and told us to come to the open house on Saturday. When Saturday arrived- we show up to the open house- no one is there. We call the number on the real estate sign- and received a TEXT that the house was sold. The agent, Chris, did not bother to text me, until after I called her out on her unprofessionalism. But what was really shady is that they basically refused to show us the listing. The house sold for 9k under, and we would've offered asking- because it was a great deal. As a lawyer- I deal with agents all the time. What this realtor did was extremely unprofessional.
We missed out on the house- but what's worse is that the seller missed out on a fair price for their home.

Addresses & Edit Address
How do addresses work?
Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.
You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.
Why do I need to edit addresses?
Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.
Will addresses be displayed on the rating?
No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
