I would not recommend Linda Cohen to anyone. She put together a presentation to sell my house with all kinds of promises which she didn't keep any of them. She promised to contact people to get feedback when house was shown, 15 people came to see my house, feedback from only 2 and I had to contact her to get feedback. Neither Linda or any Weichert agent showed my home. There were a few potential buyers that wanted to see the house and the realtor did not have the remote for lockboxes and she was nowhere to be found. One of the promises in her presentation was that when the appraiser came she would be there with a list of comparables, she was not there and as a result of that we got a low ball appraisers, $35,000 less than our contact price. We then asked for a reconsideration from the appraiser and we found our own comparables and when we sent them to her, she found fault in all of them and did not use them. When it came down to her taking a little off her commission so that we could close a deal with losing only $20,000 she would not do it. Bottom line, if you want to see your house for your house do not count on Linda Cohen as you will be very disappointed.
