My family met Linda at one of her open houses early August while looking to buy a place for our daughter but ended up changing our minds about buying. We decided to rent a place and first person that came to mind was Linda Matthews, when we first met her she was so warm and welcoming and knew the Waterloo area more than we did since we were coming from out of town and because of how she treated us at her open house we decided to reach out to her for help in our rental search and on my goodness , she was a delight to work with and we were so happy she took us in a heartbeat and went above and beyond sending us listings and arranging viewings of places and she always listened to what we had to say and looked for places that we told her our budget cap was and never pushing us at all. Linda always picked up her phone when I called if she missed the call she would return it as soon as possible and her email correspondence was awesome she would respond so fast . Linda is extremely professional and knowledgeable about her stuff too. Because of the excellent service we got when it comes time to buy once the markets cooled down Linda's our go to realtor of choice and getting any and all other real-estate business in the future. For those mothers looking for a place for their children trust me Linda's the go to person her mama bear instinct kick in especially on safety that I can say as I saw that first hand while looking for a place for my daughter to call home while in university.
