We contacted Lindsay Reid after coming across her website as we were looking to purchase a single family home in London. We were unfamiliar with the city and its neighbourhoods but she turned out to be exactly the type of agent we needed: knowledgeable, responsive and willing to point out both the pros and cons of all the properties / neighbourhoods we considered. She was always extremely professional, as was her assistant, Tara, who met us on very short notice to view a home when Lindsay was unable to attend due to a conflict. We ended up purchasing our home within 2 weeks of meeting Lindsay and are very happy with the process, including all of her follow-up and post-acceptance recommendations. Lindsay was 100% amazing. I was a nervous first time home buyer and spent a lot of time reading reviews to find the perfect agent. The effort paid off! Lindsay spent all the time answering my questions, and I had a lot of them. I was moving from Toronto to London and had limited openings for showings. Lindsay not only arranged all the showings (during covid no less) but also took the time to look for those little things only a top-notch realtor would notice. I never felt pressured to make a decision and ended up seeing 16 properties before the right one came around. She would have seen 100 more if that is what it took. Lindsay and her team at Royal LePage Triland Community offered top-drawer service for our specific needs in buying a home. Lindsay's response time to our questions was amazing throughout the entire process, and with her help, we were able to find our dream home and land in only 4 days from when we started our search! Lindsay was instrumental in coaching us, as needed, to ensure our (first and only) offer was accepted with our desired terms and conditions in this strong seller's market. During the home inspection, Lindsay was out-of-town for a prior work commitment (which we knew would be the case prior to starting our home search with her earlier in the week), and Lindsay's partner, Michael, went above and beyond the call of duty in making several calls and coordinating the pumping of the septic tank and the well water test in order to obtain all of the specific information we required to satisfy our conditions and for insurance purposes for our unique property.
