Lisa helped us with both the sale of our existing home and purchase of our new home.   To start with the sale, we sold after 2 days on the market.  We had 20 viewings just over 48 hours.  Lisa and the Kate Broddrick marketing team did everything we could have possibly asked for and then some.  We put all our faith in Lisa, and WOW did she ever deliver.  She guided us through the process set expectations appropriately and lead us to a quick sale, with more than we hoped for.   The purchase of our new home, which happened 2 days after the sale of ours, was the only home we made an offer on and it was accepted.  We viewed 10 homes or so before we decided to make an offer on this one.  Some of the homes we walked out of almost as quickly as we walked into.  But when we entered our new home, my fiancée and I really envisioned growing into this one.  We tried to taper our expectations as we were worried we may not get it.  I wanted to come with a preemptive offer, but Lisa advised against and told us to trust her and wait and see what happens.  The presentation day came and it started with no offers, then the home had one, then 3, then 6.  We amended our offer twice, and with a little back and forth we were accepted!  We truly believe without Lisa guiding us through the process, we would not have gotten the home, and without telling her we actually had set a limit for the home we were comfortable with and were within $3,000 which is extremely acceptable.   What drew us to Lisa was that her and my fiancée shared the same profession as social workers prior to her real estate career.  And I truly am so happy this was the case because she is a true professional and guided us through the process in its entirety.   I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa to anyone, and if you want to validate anything I just said, please reach out to me and I will happily reiterate my wonderful experience.   - Scott McHarg
