Lj was recommended to me by a work colleague and he provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. I highly recommend Lj without any reservations. Our experience began with Lj sitting down with us and talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Montreal market. Based on our input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), lj provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit my wants/needs and what type of home i might expect to find within our budget. To start, we spent approximately two days looking in each of the neighborhoods we selected and checking out listings while lj spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house/community. I was very indecisive home shopper, so i definitely tested ljs knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and I was never disappointed with his responses. Most important to me, lj was always honest with me about what he thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and i always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a month after closing, he still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when i contact him looking for suggestions as we complete work on our home. In the future, if we ever decide to move, i will definitely use lj again to both sell my home and find a new one. - Philip

TLDR: LJ Realties is the best friend and mentor you wish you always had. Knowledgeable, professional, attentive, dependable. LJ and his team were always ready to answer questions, and were always punctual throughout the entire process. When LJ said “my time is your time”, he really meant it quite literally. Finding the right real estate brokers for you should depend on them offering a delicate balance between professional unbiased information and personal touch opinions. LJ and his team found that perfect balance, and gave us honest pros and cons of every single property and neighborhoods we have considered (approx. 25).
